Made for everyday reach.
AYNO L floor brings the patented AYNO principle to a versatile floor lamp with an outreach of up to 120 cm. Its adjustable arc works naturally beside a sofa, reading chair or desk and can also reach over smaller dining settings without moving the base.
One movement changes the geometry.
AYNO replaces conventional articulated joints with a continuously tensioned fibreglass rod. Sliding the two adjustment rings changes the curve of the arc and therefore the position of the light. The rod stores the tension that forms AYNO's characteristic silhouette, while the swivelling lampshade provides the final fine adjustment.
Designed to be maintained.
AYNO is designed so that key components can be maintained and replaced independently. The Midgard LED Unit 2.0 is exchangeable without tools, the transformer can be replaced, and original spare parts are available directly from Midgard.
This modular approach extends the usable life of the luminaire while allowing individual technical components to be serviced without replacing the complete lamp.

Midgard LED Unit 2.0.
AYNO uses the replaceable Midgard LED Unit 2.0 with excellent Ra95+ colour rendering. The LED unit is available in fixed colour temperatures of 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K, allowing the light to be selected according to the setting and application.

Designed by Stefan Diez for Midgard, AYNO explores how a highly adjustable luminaire can be reduced to a small number of functional components. The development of AYNO also became the starting point for the Circular Design Guidelines developed by Diez Office, linking the product's construction to a broader approach to repairability and circular design.

With an outreach of up to 120 cm, AYNO L floor is well suited to reading areas, sofas, workspaces and smaller dining tables. Its adjustable arc allows the light to move between different positions without moving the base.

Yes. AYNO uses a tool-free replaceable Midgard LED unit with a bayonet lock. Replacement LED units are available directly from Midgard.
AYNO with Midgard LED Unit 2.0 is available in 2700 K, 3000 K and 4000 K. Choose 2700 K for warmer residential light, 3000 K for a balanced everyday setting or 4000 K for a cooler, more focused working environment.
