Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:
Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Albania, Bosnia, Iceland, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Malta, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Faroe Islands, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Hungary, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Cyprus, North America, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates.
Shipping costs (incl. VAT)
International and Domestic deliveries (Germany) are free of charge.
The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage. The goods are insured against transport damage and the condition is documented before shipment. Please check the shipping carton for damage before opening and photograph any damage to the packaging. If the product is damaged beyond the outer packaging, this must be reported to the logistics company on site upon delivery. Please also contact us by e-mail at curt@midgard.com.
Delivery times
AYNO family and K831 pendant collection
Delivery domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days.
Deliveries international within 3-5 days.
K830 wall, Modular lighting system, Spring Balanced family and TYP 113 Collection
Delivery domestically (Germany) within 5-10 days.
Deliveries international within 7-14 days.
The order confirmation will state the delivery time. Delivery within the stated time frame is expected but cannot be guaranteed. In rare cases, there may be delays in delivery by our transport service providers.
Please note that some of our products are delivered in two packages, which in very rare cases may arrive on different days.
